Generally 2500 FCC units are required for the digestion of 10-13 grams of lactose (typically whey protein concentrates contain 5-6% lactose). Take 1 capsule with each lactose containing meal including whey, casein/caseinate, milk protein drinks. (1 capsule is generally enough for the digestion of 20-26 grams of lactose. About 400 ml whole milk contains this quantity of lactose.)
