Recommended dosage
Maximum daily dosage is 10 ml. Drink a dose in the morning on an empty stomach or 30 minutes before physical activity. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
Use
Intended for immediate consumption or diluting with water or sports beverage. Milk or alcoholic beverages are not suitable for preparation. Once opened, store at a temperature that does not exceed 25 °C and use within 4 months.
