Deli Food Magnesium Chloride Hexahydrate - 1000g
Magnesium chloride hexahydrate is a chemical compound with the formula MgCl₂·6H₂O. This inorganic salt is characterised by high hygroscopicity and very good solubility in water. Numerous studies indicate that it is the best-absorbed form of magnesium among inorganic sources. Currently, it is most commonly used in the form of magnesium baths.
Benefits of Absorbing Magnesium Through the Skin:
• Bypasses the digestive system.
• Magnesium enters the body through the skin and capillaries.
• The skin has a high capacity to absorb nutrients into the body.
You can supplement this element through the skin. According to some scientists, this method ensures the best absorption.
The method of supplementing magnesium through skin treatments is especially valued by people with poor absorption from the digestive tract. Saline baths with the addition of magnesium chloride are an easy and pleasant way to nourish not only the skin.
Magnesium chloride hexahydrate is the most water-soluble compound of this cation. Therefore, it is perfect for preparing baths. Studies confirming the effectiveness of such treatments began with observations of the properties of Dead Sea water. After thorough measurements, it was found that patients who bathed in this highly saline body of water had higher concentrations of magnesium ions in their plasma. More detailed studies revealed that magnesium ions can be absorbed through the skin via the excretory ducts of the sweat glands and hair follicles. Other scientific publications have shown that daily baths with magnesium salts, after just a few days, increased the level of this element in the plasma.
Based on current research, it can be confidently assumed that magnesium chloride for baths can be an excellent way to supplement deficiencies of this element in the body. It is worth noting that this is a very safe method of supplementation. According to scientific publications and observations, the use of oral preparations may be associated with ailments such as diarrhoea, vomiting, gastrointestinal disturbances, nausea, or even bradycardia and sleep disorders.
Numerous studies report the involvement of magnesium ions in almost all vital processes occurring in human body cells. They participate in the synthesis of nucleic acids, which means they are crucial in the formation of DNA and RNA. Magnesium ions, along with calcium ions, enable muscle contractions and relaxations. They also participate in the dilation of blood vessels. Scientific research indicates the involvement of these ions in immune processes and in regulating the body's allergic responses. Many publications also emphasise the role of magnesium in ATP synthesis, blood pressure regulation, carbohydrate and fat metabolism, protein biosynthesis, thermoregulation, and blood sugar level regulation. There is also ample scientific evidence supporting magnesium's critical function in bone mineral management.
Providing the body with adequate amounts of magnesium is crucial for maintaining health and proper body condition. Unfortunately, the ions of this element are very difficult to absorb in the human digestive tract. This process is closely related not only to the concentration of the element in the body but also to the overall diet, individual preferences, and hormonal balance. For this reason, even the use of oral supplements may not be sufficient to meet the body's magnesium needs. However, there are increasing reports and scientific studies confirming the effectiveness of magnesium baths in preventing deficiencies of this element.
Regular use of magnesium chloride hexahydrate can be very effective in preventing magnesium deficiencies in the body. This substance is not a drug but merely a supplement. Therefore, it does not directly treat specific conditions. Nevertheless, an adequate level of magnesium in the body is essential for maintaining health for many years. According to scientific publications, deficiencies of this element lead to ailments such as:
• Weakness and fatigue
• Muscle tremors
• Concentration disorders
• Reduced stress resistance
• Hand tremors and skin tingling
• Anxiety, irritability
• Rapid heartbeat episodes
• Depressive states
Baths, oils, and homemade creams with magnesium chloride are also used in skin care. According to scientists, such methods can positively affect the alleviation of skin inflammations caused, among other things, by allergies. Studies also show the beneficial effects of similar therapies on the skin of patients with psoriasis and atopic dermatitis. Magnesium chloride is also suitable for making magnesium oil. To prepare it, simply mix the salt with water in a 1:2 ratio. This oil can be rubbed directly into the skin, used as a deodorant, applied as a mist, or used as a relaxing massage agent.
Magnesium chloride by Deli Food – can only be used externally. It is not a food product.
Amount per 100 g:
magnesium chloride hexahydrate 100 g
Ingredients:
magnesium chloride hexahydrate
Recommended Use:
Magnesium chloride for baths: Add 1-2 cups of magnesium chloride to a bathtub filled with water and enjoy the bath for about half an hour. Important: do not use soap, gel, or other bath products during this time. If your skin is extremely sensitive, the bath may cause a slight sensation of warmth, tingling, or burning, but this should pass quickly. Then rinse the body with water. Use the bath 3-4 times a month.
Foot soaking: Dissolve 1-2 tablespoons of magnesium chloride in 3-4 litres of warm water. Soak your feet for 20-30 minutes, then rinse your feet with clean water. It is recommended to repeat the treatment for a period of 14 days twice a day (morning and evening).
