The nutritional information is based on the Strawberry version, when choosing an alternative flavour the nutritional values may vary.
Strawberry flavour: Hydrolysed protein 78%, flavour enhancer (glycine and its sodium salt), L-Glutamine 4%, L-Arginine 3%, maltodextrin, flavourings, thickeners (cellulose gum, carrageenan), emulsifier: lecithins (soy), cinnamon powder, salt, sweetener (sucralose), colour (Tartrazine***). ***Tartrazine: may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
Mix 1 serving (30 g = 1 measuring spoon = 2 heaped tablespoons) with 250 ml water in a shaker. On training days, drink at least two servings; one serving within 45 minutes after workout, and another one between two meals. On rest days, drink one serving in the morning and one in the evening.
