Knead 100g of the mixture and 75ml of water for about 4 minutes with a hand mixer to a smooth dough. Cover around 20 minutes. Then roll out the dough between two strips of baking paper. Remove the upper baking paper and cover as required. Bake for 10-12 minutes at approx. 200-220 ° C (circulating air).
