TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
SHIPPING
Delivery times are between 8am - 6pm and Signature will be Required If there is nobody at the address to sign for package, the driver will leave a leaflet telling you how to contact them to arrange redelivery. All items are delivered directly to your door by AN POSTor DPD couriers, insured (up to 350 euro) and monitored. The weight of the package is up to 30 kg. Most orders are processed and dipatched the same day when ordered before 2:30 pm (DPD) or 5:00 pm (ANPOST) and received within 1-2 working days (excluding saturday, sunday or bank holidays). All Deliveries to the rest of Europe take 2-5 working days depends on destination Country.
We aim to meet these delivery times, but deliveries may take a little longer during busy periods like Christmas, Easter etc.Occasionally, force majeure events, such as extreme weather conditions, may affect these delivery services for a limited time, resulting in changes to our cut-off times and/or delivery times. However, we will always work hard to keep these temporary changes to a minimum. We cannot take the responsibility for any delays, losts or damages during shipment. When items not delivered within the next 5 days after order was completed please contact us via email and we will track it and attempt to deliver again. We cannot be held liable for any lost or stolen parcels due to any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.
Availability of each item is displayed but if we are unable to dispatch the order because we are out of stock ordered product we will contact you first to see if you would like another flavour or replace product by another.
PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT SHIP GOODS TO ANYWHERE OTHER THAN EUROPE.
RETURN POLICY
You are entitled to a cooling-off period of 14 days, which begins on the day that you receive the goods. During the cooling-off period, you can cancel your order without giving a reason and without incurring charges, other than possible charges incurred in returning the goods. If you are not satisfied with the product that you purchased, a refund will be given only for any product excluding any shipping charges, and will be given ONLY under the following conditions:
